Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders arrive within about 8–23 business days from the time you order (this covers both processing and shipping). Many of our items are stocked in the U.S. and are usually on the faster end of that window; a few specialty items ship directly from our overseas partner warehouses and can take up to 2–4 weeks. All dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holidays. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible, unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, some items can't be returned once opened or used — including earmuffs and headphones, squishy and putty fidget toys, chew and oral items, light-up gloves, sensory body socks, and bath and water toys, plus large assembled equipment like trampolines, spinning chairs, swings, and tables.
